How do I get the tickets/passes I purchased online?

Tickets and passes that were purchased through our website can be picked up at Will Call, located in HQ [251 N Washington Avenue Suite B. Ketchum, ID 83340] starting on March 11th.

Where is your Box Office located? Is there more than one box office location selling tickets?

Our Box Office is at HQ, located at 251 N. Washington Ave, Suite B. Ketchum, ID 83340. The Liberty Theater will have a box office limited to sales of films playing in Hailey only. There are no other locations offering pre-sale tickets. Should seats remain available 5 minutes prior to start time, tickets will be sold (cash only) on location for the immediate film only.

If I have a Pass, can I still get into films that your website says are 'sold out'?

Yes. A capped number of individual tickets are sold to each film. Pass holders must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to show time to be seated on a first come, first serve basis. Any seats remaining empty 5 minutes prior to start time will be sold on location (cash only).

If a Film is sold out and I don't have a pass, am I out of luck?

No, chances are still good that you can get a seat. Any seats that are left open 5 minutes prior to start time will be sold at the theater for the individual ticket price of $10 (cash only). If you do not have a ticket, the earlier you arrive at the theater, the better your chance of getting a seat.

How do I know what movies to see?

Check out the 'Films' tab on our website. There, you can find synopses, filmmaker information, and for most films, a trailer.

What Ticket or Pass option is best for me?

It really depends on how involved you want to be! We've got options for casual film goers, film lovers, and for those who want to be a part of all the action SVFF has to offer. Check out the 'Tickets' tab of our website for details.

What are these 'Best of Fest' screenings I keep hearing about?

Sold out and popular films will get the chance for an encore screening during Best of the Fest. These films will be determined and announced during the festival, to be showcased on Sunday afternoon at the Liberty in Hailey.

Can I attend the Screenwriter's Lab even if I didn't submit a script and/or even if I am not a writer?

Yes, absolutely. The Screenwriter's Lab is ideal for anyone interested in writing and story-telling of any kind, as well as for those who would like a behind-the-scenes look at some of the business of 'pitching' and of independent film itself. Great for those looking for entertainment as well as education, the lab will be an intimate introduction to the film industry. Individual tickets for the lab are $25 and can be purchased through our website or box office.
